Admission department is a medical and diagnostic department designed for registration, admission, initial examination, sanitary and hygienic treatment of incoming patients and the provision of qualified medical care, including emergency.
The department has an equipped doctor's office for receiving patients with various profile pathologies. The presence of an express laboratory and an X-ray room allows you to quickly and efficiently carry out laboratory and instrumental diagnostics in urgent and critical conditions at any time of the day. For diagnostics, all the possibilities of a specialized therapeutic clinic are used, including consultations by leading specialized specialists, heads of departments, specialists from among the teaching staff, as well as performing, if necessary, such studies as ECG, ultrasound, etc.
The task of the medical staff of the admission department is to carry out diagnostic measures and organize the hospitalization process with maximum comfort and convenience for the patient. Every patient who comes to our clinic will feel a caring and friendly attitude in the admission department.
In the admission department, emergency qualified assistance is provided around the clock to patients admitted to specialized departments, both in a planned manner and on emergency indications, as well as to patients who applied independently for examination. The staff of the admission department conduct an initial examination, examination of patients, carry out diagnostics and draw up documentation of patients entering the hospital departments, transporting patients to the medical departments of the hospital.

The doctor of the therapeutic admission department conducts an initial examination of the patient. If necessary, emergency consultations / consultations of resuscitators and narrow specialists (infectious disease specialist, surgeon, traumatologist, gynecologist, etc.) are organized with the definition of a priority department for hospitalization of the patient or referral to other clinics in case of diagnosis of a patient with surgical or other pathology.
