The main goal of department - providing quality care, better health and reduced mortality of cardiovascular diseases through the continuous improvement of medical services, meeting the requirements and expectations of patients.

Department of Cardiology is intended for the diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of patients with diseases of the cardiovascular system, including requiring intensive care, day and night surveillance with the use of modern methods of diagnosis and treatment. Office functions as a clinical base of the department of the Tashkent Medical Academy. The department employs highly qualified personnel, including 4 daytime doctors of a cardiologist, 6 doctors on duty, 13 nurses and 10 junior medical staff. Since the separation of functions as a clinical base of the Department of Cardiology, physician the highest category cardiology doctor bachelors, members of the department of internal diseases №1, experienced doctors and candidates of medical sciences are actively involved in the process of diagnosis and treatment of patients.

The office regularly attend national and international conferences and congresses on cardiovascular disease and therapy, introducing into practice new developments that occur in the data fields of medicine. The scientific school on the diseases of the cardiovascular system: a school for patients with acute myocardial infarction, hypertension, congestive heart failure. Actively promote a healthy lifestyle of proper nutrition and treatment adherence among patients.

Office is designed for 35 beds, 25 of them - for the budget and 10 patients to self-supporting, and has one double comfortable wards with all the terms. Branch has a highly qualified hospital care in 1400 patients for 1 year.
