General Therapy and Nephrology

In nephrology department conducts highly conservative treatment of nephrological and therapeutical patients. Treatment is carried out with accounting of morphology and clinics which are based on the latest achievements of science. Office is located on the 5th floor of the housing 9.

Nephrology Department consists of 20 beds, including 10 self-supporting and 10 budgets. In the department leads, a manager of the department and applicant Ds Mirahmedova Hilola Tuhtasinovna. The  Professor of the Department  Zakirkhodjayev Sherzod Yakhyayevich oversees the department. Head of the Department is candidate of science Оripov Nuriddin Nazhmiddinovich. In the department provides high-quality medical care to patients for more than ten nurses.

  All patients who receive medical treatment in the department is consulted associate professors and professors, if necessary, to consult the patients involved narrow specialists .In department are treated patients with the following diseases: acute and chronic glomerulonephritis. Some systemic diseases (systemic lupus erythematosus, periarteritis nodosa, Wegener's disease, hemorrhagic vasculitis) which may lead to terminal chronic renal failure. Therefore justified symptomatic and pathogenetic treatment of these diseases. As well as in office diagnosed and untreated diseases such as acute and chronic pyelonephritis, renal amyloidosis, diabetic nephropathy, chronic renal failure 1 and 2 degrees.

     In the treatment of renal disease on the testimony applies modern immunosuppressive therapy, selective immunosuppressants (azathioprine, cyclophosphamide). Such therapy results in remission of disease and slow the progression of kidney failure.
